Welcome to the City of Suffolk Clerk of Circuit Court secure remote access site.

New users should complete the subscriber agreement and application form. In addition, a background check is required of all new applicants. New applicants will need to complete the Disclosure Regarding Background Check Form, Acknowledgment and Authorization for Background Check Form and include a non-refundable fee of $26.60 payable to Suffolk Circuit Court, for processing.

Access to this site is granted to subscribers with a valid Username and Password. If you only need to access the site for a single day, you do not need to fill out and notarize a signed agreement.
